It all started in the early 1960's when my Dad, Howard Turnbull, worked at the Brandon Manitoba Experimental Farm in the Apiculture Dept. He quickly realized this was his true passion, and soon started his own honey farm.

Throughout harvest each barrel of honey is graded depending on moisture, colour, floral source and taste. We choose only a select few barrels from our entire crop to pour into our retail pails, ensuring our customers are getting only the best honey of harvest!
