Prairie Sun Beeswax strives to provide excellent customer service.

Please allow 7+ business days to process your order as all candles are hand poured to order in sequential order.

Canadian Shipping:

All orders shipped to a Canadian address will be shipped via Canada Post. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days. Please allow for possible delays as COVID-19 may have caused an influx in shipping.

Candle orders over $150.00 before taxes will be shipped for free! 

Candle orders under $150.00 before taxes will be shipped for a flat rate of $15.00.

All parcels will include $100.00 insurance coverage and tracking via Canada Post. Please contact us if you require additional coverage. 

Honey, Beeswax Dipped Wood Accessories and Bulk Beeswax Blocks are exempt from flat rate and free shipping.

United States Shipping:

All orders shipped to the United States will be shipped using whichever shipping company is most economical at the time of order. 

Candle orders over $200.00 CDN before taxes will be shipped for free! 

Candle orders under $200.00 CDN before taxes will be shipped for a flat rate of $25.00 CDN.

Honey, Beeswax Dipped Wood Accessories and Bulk Beeswax Blocks are exempt from flat rate and free shipping.

Lost Parcels:

Prairie Sun Beeswax does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel has been shipped, we will email the tracking number to you. However we will not reimburse you for any lost or stolen parcels.

Local Pick-Up;

Please select In Person Pick-Up as your shipping option for local pick-up. We will contact you once your order is ready to arrange a meeting place and time. We are able to meet either at our farm or within the Westman Area at our convenience.
